How It Works

Our Process

Our first step is to complete an onsite system check along with a tune up. We believe that having a professional evaluate the health of your sprinkler system is not an option; and your water provider probably agrees so much that they will help pay for it! So, before we proceed with any repairs we will test the system, adjust everything as needed, and flag any repairs, improvements, or modifications needed. Upon completion of the assessment, we will present our findings along with a detailed quo

System Assessment and Tune Up Process

1. Residential On-Site Assessment / Tune Up

$119 (1-12 zones)

The first step in our process is to complete a very thorough assessment and tune up of the existing system.  We will:

  • test the electrical integrity of the entire system
  • program the controller according to current local restrictions
  • leak test the system
  • run each zone individually and assess the performance and coverage of each head
  • make any spray pattern adjustments required
  • present any modifications and/or repairs suggested along with an estimate to complete them
  • Additional zones (13+  are $10 each)

2. Repairs

Estimate

Next, Any existing damaged components to your sprinkler system will be repaired and adjusted with your approval of the estimate

3. Modifications / Add ons

Estimate

Finally, Any recommended modifications / add-ons will be completed with your approval of the estimate
